For starters, the place was filthy when I moved my daughter in. She didn’t have a functioning shower or toilet. It’s weeks later and she still has only scorching water. When complained, I was told that I signed lease so there was nothing I could do. How’s that for customer service? I could go on, but you get the gist.

Office staff goes above and beyond to help you and they answer phone calls regularly! I’ve always been able to reach someone every time I call.
Maintenance guy is very nice and works fast! My son put in an order and it was fixed the next day! I called many places in town and this staff was the easiest to work with and extremely kind. They also all communicate very well.
Great experience and comfortable place to live near campus.

When I got my keys and entered my apartment for the first time, the whole thing was flooded. They cleaned it up and it flooded again. The apartment they moved me to has a horrible roach problem, as I’ve heard some of the other units do as well. Huge roaches come out of my drains and end up in my kitchen. I have took all measures to try to prevent this from happening and been persistent with management and the problem was never resolved. I have not even been able to shower in my own bathroom all ...
year. I hate it here at this dump they called Raiders Walk and am counting down the days to get out of here.

A really good place to live in, the location is extremely convenient. You are minutes away from campus, I no longer pay Tech’s outrageous parking prices anymore. Maintenance crew are the best here and usually get the job done pretty fast. If you’re big on working out, the gym is a little small but if you don’t care then that shouldn’t really be an issue. The community is very quiet, i doubt i have ever seen a single party here. I have seen a lot of bad reviews and was very doubtful about my ...

The apartment is nice, it's good for the price you pay. Now, when it comes to the management, I've only had bad experiences. From day one, we got switched to a an unfurnished apartment when we clearly paid for a furnished apartment. Also, we had to chase the management for our furniture, which we did not have for almost two weeks, we had to chase them for maintenance. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience with the management. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

Take your money somewhere else. This apartment complex has so many problems from cars being broken into to constant and long periods of time that you will have no water or a working bathroom. Literally you have no choice but to leave your overpriced apartment somedays just because the water is turned off. Staff is rude. You will not get your money's worth.

Only writing a review because there isnt any recent one. Management is awful. Facilities are awful. Gym is a joke. You could spend your money elsewhere and be so much happier.
I've never lived anywhere with so many issues. From attempting to charge me for BLACK MOLD in my apartment. To struggling to fix plumbing. I've been without a toilet and shower for 3 days. There is a literally pile of sewage outside of one of the buildings.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

- tons of rats
- persistent roaches
- thieves breaking into your car at least twice a month, even with it locked
- full of drug dealers and people who smoke weed
- dog poop and bird poop EVERYWHERE
- sad excuse for a "2 story" work out facility
- tiny pools that are rarely clean
- poor management
I've lived at Raider's Walk for 3 years. Not because the service is amazing, but because they're the cheapest apartments. The management team ...
always seemed over-worked so I would look past these horrible things and remind myself... the price. But now I realized that what a mistake that was. I've always compromised to their mistakes but the moment, I ask them to work with me, they REFUSED.
I'm currently living in LA and literally have no means or money to get back to Lubbock before my move-out time, so I needed a friend who could enter my apartment to pack up my things. After they asked me and my roommate to jump through hoops to email them letting them know that it was okay to let my friend into MY room and that we would accept any charges he caused during the move-out, they STILL wouldn't work with me.
SO now i have to take out a loan (hopefully) for 800$ that I don't have and take off of the job I JUST got to go back to Lubbock and check out simply because they refuse to take my situation into consideration.
Trust me. the low prices do NOT make it worth it. Run in the other direction.

The management team was exceptional during our move in. Any issue was quickly corrected and exceeded our expectations. JP the apartment manager; Chelsea the assistant manager and Alfred the maintenance tech treated us like family. Customer service was definitely five stars*****.

Office staff was very nice and helpful and the apartments are super close to campus. Those are the only 2 good things about this dump. When I moved in, the apartment was disgusting. Stains, damages and even evidence of mice were apparent. I was left with a ridiculous balance after move out even though I provided approximately 20 photos the day I moved in. I am beyond disgusted with this company. They don't care about you once you move out. Expect charges no matter what. I am more than happy to ...
