Great Service
June 21, 2025I've been living here for 5 going on 6 years and I've got to say that the service I have received had been amazing. Summer, Natasha, and Jan in the front office are extremely polite and have gone above and beyond helping me manage and transfer to a different apartment unit. No AC for a month and a half
January 3, 2025I already typed it out but it deleted it. Summary is this place sucks. My ac went out was out for a month and a half at least (I have the dates from both times) in the middle of the summer 6/5-6/7 the first time then 6/14. They also didn’t change my kitchen light (I just asked for the bulb and they said no) they didn’t change my garbage disposal for at least 2 yearsProperty Manager Responded

Do not move in
January 6, 2024The worst!! It is better to pay extra and live somewhere else. I lived here for 2 years and 2 months. The new management took over 1.5 years in. They disregarded our move-in fee. When I moved out, they charged us for various things including cleaning. After 2.5 years how can they expect everything to stay new? When asked to consider giving us a discount, they told me to go stay at apartment where they do not charge you. While living, the pesticides problem, pet waste in front of your door, ...shooting two times and every week 1/2 instances of disturbances and police coming in. The office people do not communicate with each other, every person there says different things and blame each other. Safety, cleanliness and financial fee wise, take a wise decision and do not even consider this complex.Property Manager Responded

Good place to live if your just starting out.
August 22, 2015Moved in with my sister. The rent is fair, the community is great. There's a Walmart and Sam's Club nearby, not to mention lots of fast food restaurants that are all in walking distance. Gated community and security patrol at night, so you feel really safe. September 8, 2015Have lived here for over 22 months, the staff is excellent. However, the new owner Rait, has made it difficult to stay because of rent, utility, and insurance increases. Wonderful location, central and near almost everything. I have a beautiful view, really hate to leave, but money is definitely a factor.Review from Apartments.com

September 2, 2015Obviously written by management..... Yes this place is gated....over the past twelve months the gate has rarely been closed. The laundry facilities have no hot water....EVER.
