August 29, 2025Leak/Disposal Had a leak under the sink maintenance came out very promptly access the issue got me a new disposal installed very quickly. Also light switch broke & was able to fix that at the same time. Still have a dishwasher issue to solve though.Property Manager Responded

July 11, 2025The extra mile!!! So many things, I'm having major surgery within the next few months so I needed a first floor apartment with easy access. The staff worked diligently to find an apartment that would meet my needs and did so. Worst 3 months ever!
January 24, 2019Stay away from Raintree apartments! We didn't get sleep for three months due to the other rude tennant's (dogs barking and people bouncing balls at 4am in the morning), also they didn't clean the apartment before we moved in. Someone smoked in the apartment so the whole three months we smelled like cigarettes! The floor and walls wreaked of cigarette smoke so the studio was not cleaned before hand. Raintree will also RIP you off during they're so called inspection when you move out. We didn't ...use the oven in our studio until about 1.5 months into our lease and found out the ex tennant had scorched/caked burnt food at the bottom of the oven. We virtually couldn't use the oven due to it would set off the alarm every time. This should have been seen by the outgoing previous inspection for the previous tennant. Instead we got charged for their mistake. We moved because of the loud tennants and lack of cleaning/maintenance.Property Manager Responded

October 6, 2015I wouldn't recommend these apartments. Was told our apartment was heavily lived and that it was going to be completely remodeled. That was not the case. New carpet and paint and it still smells horribly!! (Smoke). That being said, maintenance is great and pretty much fixes anything the day you call.Property Manager Responded

Life at Raintree
August 12, 2015The apartment I live in is a one bedroom, kitchen and living room dining room. It has a ceiling fan which was just newly replaced. The apartment is older but has been well kept. The complex is currently upgrading the outside of all the units. The maintenance department is excellent. They keep the grounds in excellent condition. There is a pool, a lake and several grilling areas for all to use. The kitchen has a disposal and a electric stove which was just upgraded. It has ample cabinet space. ...There are cable and phone jacks. The is a dishwasher. The complex does have units that have fireplaces. There are washer dryers on site. There are about 150 units. I have been here for five years. The rent is reasonable. I would recommend Raintree Apartments to anyone. They have one and two bedroom units. There are two closets. One os off the living room and the other is a walk-in in the bedroom.Property Manager Responded
