January 30, 2025I have found that it is very difficult to find a community that is both welcoming and beautiful and Raleigh Exchange offers both! All of the apartments are filled with lots of natural light, beautiful finishes, and oversized closets! The community is so beautiful too, I personally really love overlooking the ponds as I watch the sunset from my balcony. Even though we are in the city, this complex offers serenity that is so welcomed! So happy to be home!Review from Apartments.com
I love it here
July 13, 2024I moved in less than a month ago. I’m very happy. Jenifer was very sweet and helpful. The rest of the staff members are equally welcoming. The maintenance man is wonderful. Always available to help. My apartment is beautiful. Very spacious and open for new decor. In less than a week I felt like I was home. There are so many windows and natural lighting that I do not put on any lights until 8 pm. There is a park near by for walking dogs, a children’s playground or just walking the path.
