Scheduled my apartment tour for 7/27 at 9AM. Got there 5 minutes early and no one was there and office was closed. Waiting 20 minutes and called the number for the office and never got an answer or call back. If they couldn’t make it that’s fine, but let us know & don’t waste my time.

This building has a roach infestation, do not move here. I’ve seen roaches in the building hallways and throughout my apartment despite keeping it spotless. The new management company stated that they don’t offer pest control and it would be my responsibility, meaning they don’t care if the issues continues to spread to other units. The previous management company was aware they moved me into a roach infested apartment and at the very least sent out a pest control company a few times to try to ...
fix the situation. I have lived in other apartment buildings in Miami and even nyc and never ever saw a single roach. Nightmare situation.

We lived at 35SW from the time they opened until our recent job transfer. Leasing was very easy and management was always responsive...both things that you will rarely find in Miami. Great secure indoor parking, super gym equipment and the location is amazing. TY.

I got a great deal ! I rented my apartment and got one month rent free. Also because I have a good credit I only had to pay $500 deposit. I love this building because it’s brand new with high-end finishes, the kitchen counter is white quartz which I love ! I also like that the walls are thicker than other buildings and it will prevent me from hearing my neighbors (which I had a problem with in my current apartment)
Also admin fee is only $125 , where other buildings I checked in the area ...
we’re charging as much as $495 (crazy !) It’s, cose to everything , I work in Brickell just across the bridge.

Super cool building. On the River across from the Wharf. Saw the building when I was at the Wharf for Happy Hour. Awesome pool deck with crazy views of Brickell City Center. Loved the industrial loft look of the units! Kitchen was also fantastic. Super Modern. Thanks First and Sixth, I found my new home!!
