January 10, 2022Pest , roaches , rats & bed bugs come with living here in these apartments! All tenants here are dirty & leave trash every where ! Ownership & management don’t do anything about updating the apartments ! These apartments need to be tear down & rebuild fresh ! Owners need to stop being so cheap !! June 8, 2020Do not come live in this apartment complex. Vehicles get stolen all the time. Management won’t don anything about it despite the numerous complains. Rent is cheaper than most places in Alhambra but it does come with a price, no security!Review from Apartments.com
Unprofessional management
July 2, 2018Management of this building is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. He talks over you asks you to solve issues with upper management because he does not knows how to deal with public. Interrupts you, raises his voice, and leaves you with a question in mouth. Unfortunately besides the unprofessional attitude of the management also the property is unbelievable in poor conditions. You can find all kids if infestations like: rats, ants, and roaches.Review from Apartments.com

September 21, 2015The quality of the complex is poor. The parking is terrible. The best part of living here is the cheap rent. You wont find better rates in Alhambra. But thats about it, overall its not a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
