I haven’t started leaving there yet, but when I went there for my college orientation, it was a really nice scenery. The inside of the apartment complex looked clean. The people I spoke to were also really nice and told me all the information I needed. I think I am going to like at rams edge

Overall, my experience at this apartment community has been pretty good. The location is convenient, and the area feels safe. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are nice and fairly quiet, though parking can sometimes be a bit limited. Rent is decent for what you get, and the community is generally well-kept.

My move-in experience went pretty good I got everything done just the way I wanted it too look. Moving into my student housing apartment was a smooth and positive experience overall. The leasing office staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process quick and stress-free. The apartment itself was clean upon arrival, with modern finishes and appliances that looked new and well-maintained. I appreciate the spacious layout for a student unit, especially the closet and kitchen storage, ...

which make it easier to stay organized. The common areas, like the lounge and study spaces, were tidy and felt inviting. I also liked that maintenance was available on-site and responsive when I had a small request during move-in. While the walls could be a little better at reducing noise, it’s manageable and expected in student housing. Overall, I’m excited to call this place home and look forward to the community atmosphere it offers.

The room was clean and furnished, and the manager was respectful and easy to communicate with. I appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was it made studying much easier. The only downside was sharing the bathroom during busy mornings, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. If you're a student looking for a peaceful, affordable place to stay, I’d definitely recommend checking it out.
