The HVAC issue is real
November 5, 2025Another tenant review complained about an HVAC hum. This issue is real and significant. The units are unlivable for half the year. When it's particularly cold, the lights also start flashing in time with the hum. Which might sound like a horror story and it is - but it's also real.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away until they fix it....
February 25, 2025Moved in 3 years ago and all was fine until the beginning of the winter/heating season last year (2024). They replaced the pumps for the (radiator) heating system over the prior summer and now the whole building pulses with the sound of the pumps. Management initially seemed like they cared about the sound but they have gone silent and haven't done anything despite knowing there is a problem and it's cause. Do you want to live in an apartment that hums for more than half the year?Review from Apartments.com
