JOKE
February 18, 2025Looks good in pictures, because it’s a remodeled updated picture of a 2 bedroom. The one bedroom has a stainless steel refrigerator that’s all the upgrades. Small one bedroom. Dark. Community laundry facility. The tub faucet isn’t even to the wall. ( a inch of pipe sticking out then the faucet. ) painted wood trim like plywood in the shower. No parking. No shoveling, I went on 2/18/25 to tour and had to walk through snow. I almost laughed when I stepped inside. Nothing like pictures posted. Just ...the 2 bedroom. Cold inside. Kitchen is the living room. Bathroom is in the bedroom. With just the leasing agent and I and obviously no furniture I felt like there were 2 too many people in the apartment. I have a cat and the whole time I’m like “well the litter box can only go in the middle of the entire apartment “ ?? seriously. No microwave. No central air. Laundry facilities are a mess. July 27, 2022Great management with prompt responses to your questions. Maintenance is typically onsite to throughout the day, and anything after hours they come in the morning. Sean was extremely helpful to us - he made it a very easy process to move-in to our home.Review from Apartments.com

February 22, 2022Day 2 of move in i found roaches, that was a debacle ?. 18 months in , the water heater in the maintenance/office explodes. 450gallons of water leaked through the wall into my living room carpet. They fixed the heater but i was left to fend for myself. Now i am going on 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of management/owners, they will only communicate via stupid website. To fix a bathroom i had so sandbag off. Anytime my neighbor or i use our sinks , my bathroom floods. Then when you ask if ...they're who i need to talk to they lie. Rent at your own risk.
