A Place of Peace
November 27, 2025When I went to Rancho, I felt welcomed. It felt like a genuine place that I wanted to be at and the surroundings were very, very inviting. Amazing place
November 25, 2025I recently visited this apartment complex and was honestly impressed. The moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into an oasis—calm, refreshing, and beautifully maintained. The pool area is beautiful, and the lounge space has a modern, relaxing vibe that makes you want to stay all day. The staff is also amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Resort style living at good value
November 13, 2025I have lived at the Rancho Los Feliz for 4 years and have had an excellent overall stay. As a new Los Angeles resident, I was nervous about finding the right spot but RLF was the perfect entry way and port in the sea of the big city. Speaking of water there is a beautiful pool which I love to swim in and lounge by under the great California sun. Nearby there’s a solid gym and a very clutch sauna. I have a spacious room with a peaceful view of a tree and enjoy walking though the grounds which ...feel like a Disney resort. Maintenance always fixes things at a high level of quality and very quickly. The leasing/resident services office is also very nice and responsive to any issues- they even throw fun poolside parties (shout out to Erica!). One time they showed me how to use the grill in the back (there are 2 on site), which is a great space to hang out with folks and have small parties. My neighbors are super nice, I have made a bunch of good friends since living here. The location is very good as well, within walking distance to several nearby cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as the main strip of Atwater Village, which is always a good time. Can’t beat the value either- other places in LA will charge the same without nearly any of the same amenities or quality. Just be aware when driving and leaving the building the left hand turn is against traffic and a little tricky but if you are always mindful of it it’s not a big deal.Property Manager Responded

deposits are not returned
November 29, 2024we lived here for over a year, they didn't return our deposit for the animal, they appropriated this money for themselves, in addition, there is constant construction work on the territory, a lot of noise always in the morning and during the day, poor soundproofing, you will hear every step of your neighbors upstairs, sometimes homeless people came into the building and swam in the pool, security does not monitorProperty Manager Responded

LOUDEST PLACE I EVER LIVED IN

Dirty and not the best place to live.
December 5, 2019From homeless people making a mess every time the trash bins are out to the dirty pool to loud workers. This is an older complex that charges premium prices for thin walls and poor security in a so called gated community which I use the term loosely. The pool is dirty very often, the gym always has something broken or filthy, it looks rarely cleaned.Review from Apartments.com
Seems like high rent for inferior accommodations
January 31, 2019This is what nickel-and-diming looks like. I give them credit for coming up with more creative "fees" to allow them to circumvent the rent control statute in the area. But every year is a total money grab. In the meantime, I have had another bike stolen from the parking-structure bike area. I had a plumbing leak that saturated my carpet (They initially would not replace it until I demanded, they still made me move my own furniture) and the pool has been shut down for months. We have ...repeatedly asked for security cameras because of the rampant theft but the request has fallen on deaf ears. Yikes. Looking for a new home.Property Manager Responded
