I have lived for almost 3 years and I loved it here. The manager team really care for you, they come right away the same day if you had any problems. They always keep the ground and surrounding areas clean. The swimming is a plus. They remodeled everything brand new from the vinyl floor, carpet floor to the fixtures in the bathrooms when I moved in. The manager is always nice, courtesy and professional. also nice that they have an Appliance Tech lives onsite for any of your appliances needs. When I looked for the place to live and for my kids to go school I chose it here. You have Canyon View Elementary school, Mesa Verde Middle school and then 10/10 West view High school, all those 3 schools have the scores of 9/10 and that is very important to me. I have lived here for two years, it is a great complex that has a family friendly community feel. The manager and maintenance staff all know everyone's names and everything is well maintained and clean. Any issues that arise they take care of immediately. The apartments are well cared for with some nice features like roomy balconies and nice kitchens. Apartments are safe and you can tell the staff and owners care about the property and tenants.
