Absentee Managment
March 13, 2026Management will barely even put in the bare minimum here. Parking: Hopefully you don’t want to park in the parking lot because there will not be spots available if you get home any later than 5pm. Maintenance: These apartments are extremely run down and if you put in a ticket they will bandaid fix it instead of repairing or replacing. Noise: Any and all complaints you have will be ignored by management, no matter what videos you give them or how bad the issue is. Grounds Maintenance: ...Nonexistent. Lines in the parking lot are faded beyond recognition. The grass is littered with used condoms, dog poop and cigarettes. Don’t live here. September 5, 2025I have an AC that has not functioned properly since we moved in a year ago. Parking is full all of the time and to make it worse the school next door has parents that park over here in our parking and the front office along with the school have done nothing.Property Manager Responded

July 7, 2025I appreciate the professionalism of the maintenance staff. They are timely, experienced and very rarely do I need to resubmit the ticket. Best part is nothing really breaks so I do not need to submit requests.
