No parking, broken radiators, irresponsible Super
November 23, 2018Super never shows up for appointments and never answers his phone. He doesn't even live on the property! Radiators have been broken for a while and super never comes to a scheduled appointment to fix it! Meanwhile, it is freezing outside! Also if you think you're getting a good deal you're not! You cannot park overnight in the street and there is no lot for you to park in. You will need to buy a parking permit to park a block away and move your car every morning at 6:00 AM! PLUS you cannot send ...your child to a South Orange School! You get no benefits from having a South Orange address (no library card, no public school, no free parking, etc)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 14, 2015My land lord is a slam lord there is always a pipe that always bust he never fix anything around the place but always want to raise the rent I have asked him about the pipes no answer and didn't replace my thing due to their pipe bustReview from Apartments.com
