We provide a quiet and very clean living environment here at Raspberry Court. The apartment colors are light beige. They have a very “soft” and “warm” feel to them. Professional and reliable
August 18, 2017I rented from RNV at the Raspberry Court Apartments for over 3 1/2 years! I never had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely manner. The management was very professional! They went out of their way to ensure I was happy and that my apartment felt like a home. I've been a renter in Anchorage for 6 years and this company is truly the best when it comes to customer service. Great apartment, great management
July 13, 2017I lived at Raspberry Court apartments for 1 year. The only reason I left was to move in with my fiancé. It was a great apartment. The management responded the same day if anything needed repairing. When I first moved in, I found the light below the microwave didn't work. The manager ordered a new microwave that day after the handyman found it couldn't be fixed. They were very responsive and very quick. I would recommend these apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Great On-Site Property Manager
February 6, 2017I have lived here for 5 years and recently moved because I bought a home. The level of customer service I have received from both the property manager AND the property owner has been excellent! Quick responses to all of my questions and assistance needed with any time of appliance malfunction. The grounds are kept clean; timely snow removal; spring clean up is far beyond than expected.
