$535 monthly rent increase after MOLD complaint

Major mold problem inside my apartment.(a couple other units that I know of also had mold per the tenants) It was bad. They fixed it and painted the 2 rooms it was in and then 2 weeks later I get a renewal with a $535 monthly increase for rent. Lived here for 7 years and no issues until new management company bought the place. Alan G.
