June 18, 2018I lived there for nearly 6 years, I had a mouse in the apartment and twice had a bedroom full of ants (hundreds). They provided a ant trap to resolve that issue. Don't even get me started about the number of creepy crawlers I had across my carpet. I had mold in a closet that stretched a full 3 feet. Took 4 years to fix that issue. They only replaced my kitchen faucet after it broke and sprayed water across the kitchen 3 times. As to garbage pickup; it has to fit in the blue container or you have ...to dispose of it yourself through the method of your choice. This makes moving out problematic. As to your $500 security deposit. They use that to account for normal wear and tear in the apartment. They expect you to make the apartment look like it has not been lived in. I was charged $40 to replace the drip pans on my stove! I got less than $200 back from the total. All I can say is renter beware.Property Manager Responded

Great Place and Staff
April 3, 2018I have been living in Mandel group properties for the last 9 years and Ravinia is a great place to live. Accessibility to shops, freeways, parks, airport, hospitals and restaurants are usually in the 10-15 minutes. Staffs are willing to hear, prompt and make necessary change to maintain the property. Maintenance team is always prompt in fixing. Thanks to the team for making our stay comfortable and memorable.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2015I have been here for 2 years and while the apartments are nice if you need anything fixed it's done in a timely manner they keep the outside grounds very neat but they are lacking on amenities that should be offered for the price you are payingReview from Apartments.com
