    Ive been here almost 9 yrs and it's a safe place to reside. We have the best maintenance men ever and really respectful, knowledgeable managers.

    My experience here is so far is good I’ve been here for 7 months now, they work with me and communicate well, and maintenance is always on time. Or they will call ahead if something changes. They call before entering which i move too from personal bad experience with other apartment buildings. Love it here so far

    It's been a good experience. Its very quiet and no one bothers me. I enjoy the privacy and nice neighbors. I think the grill area is nice and its cute to see the dog park.

    The amenities leave something to be desired but the unit itself lived up to the expectations provided by the website and listing. The staff has been helpful and my experience living here has been positive

    Okay for a starter home. Could use improvements here and there, would not recommend as a permanent place to live. Some of the community is nice, neighbor wise.

    The community itself is good, the office and maintenance staff is nice and works quickly to get things fixed and sorted out. However I would say certain neighbors bring down the overall rating because of inconsiderate behaviors and leaving communal amenities a mess.

    The apartments are nice enough for what we get but no in unit laundry is very annoying, I have noisy neighbors which also doesn't help. The recent pest control situation is honestly quite infuriating; I've been told they'd be here on several occasions and never once have I seen them? Furthermore, why is it I have to let them in? I have severe asthma and pesticides are a very big trigger for that, why should I be required to put myself at risk? But aside from all of that, the staff is lovely, ...
    genuinely I feel like they care and listen when I speak; They do whats best for this place overall as well I feel, the new pavement and the dog park are the two biggest examples, though I'd love to see a park by the front sign, maybe even some better lighting in the sign so I can see it when I'm coming home at night.

    I love the community the maintenance responds quick and they are very communicative. The manager is very sweet and very helpful on a lot of things the neighbors are nice one helped me move a few things in so I really love where I’m at.

    First of all the management team here at Renew 3902 are absolutely amazing from the property manager to the fix it team they are friendly, caring, and respond and get the job done quick and efficiently. I love my apartment it is clean and most of all pest free! The grounds are well kept and beautifully manicured. Renew 3902 is a great place to call home.
