February 24, 2026My experience here is so far is good I’ve been here for 7 months now, they work with me and communicate well, and maintenance is always on time. Or they will call ahead if something changes. They call before entering which i move too from personal bad experience with other apartment buildings. Love it here so farProperty Manager Responded

January 23, 2026The apartments are nice enough for what we get but no in unit laundry is very annoying, I have noisy neighbors which also doesn't help. The recent pest control situation is honestly quite infuriating; I've been told they'd be here on several occasions and never once have I seen them? Furthermore, why is it I have to let them in? I have severe asthma and pesticides are a very big trigger for that, why should I be required to put myself at risk? But aside from all of that, the staff is lovely, ...genuinely I feel like they care and listen when I speak; They do whats best for this place overall as well I feel, the new pavement and the dog park are the two biggest examples, though I'd love to see a park by the front sign, maybe even some better lighting in the sign so I can see it when I'm coming home at night.Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2025First of all the management team here at Renew 3902 are absolutely amazing from the property manager to the fix it team they are friendly, caring, and respond and get the job done quick and efficiently.
