February 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMy apartment is fairly nice with some minor issues: chipped paint, indents in floor, and older carpet. Management is kind and professional. However, it feels there are a lot of recurring issues with the property that are not addressed promptly or correctly. January 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comGood amount of space for the price especially with the covered parking. There have been some issues with leaks and the maintenance can be slow to react. I still have windows that don’t have functioning insulation since before I moved in! However, there is a new maintenance crew that seems to be doing better - it’s just a lot to catch up on.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comSo far so good. Easy move in and maintenance has been helpful. I haven’t really met anyone but because of the cold I really haven’t been anywhere.
