Not worth for price
November 3, 2025I'm a current resident and I do not recommend this place who is not a student. Although the management team is friendly, this place is poorly run. Response time is slow and is inconsiderate in sending out notices last minute with very little information. Also, when you move-in, don't expect your unit to be clean. Despite the walk through from management prior to the move-in, units I have moved were both filthy and all I was told was to mark those in inspection, but nothing was done. The built-in bookshelves are not worth it!
October 21, 2025This place might look cute at first glance, but trust me — it is not worth the nightmare that comes with living here. When I moved in, the apartment was disgusting: hair clogging the shower drain, grime in the bathroom, and even an old soap bar stuck in the tub. I had to deep-clean before I could even unpack. Management is completely unresponsive and hides behind excuses about “system errors” or needing to “talk to maintenance.” My microwave broke in December, and after months of ...back-and-forth, I didn’t get a replacement until April. For most of my lease, my key card didn’t work for the amenities I was paying for. When I finally could access them, they were dirty except when management was giving tours. The pool didn’t even open until late July. Utilities are ridiculously expensive and somehow increased mid-lease. And to top it all off, I had to threaten legal action just to get my security deposit back. I’ve lived in several apartments, and this was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the stress and keep looking. The aesthetics are nice, but everything else is a mess.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025I have enjoyed my first few days at ReNew, the staff was very helpful and shared lots of information. The outside door to my apartment building does not close properly which is a little concerning, but other than that everything has been great.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025It was a very clean move in. They were able to accommodate my medical needs on every way shape and form. My apartment was very clean when I moved in I hardly needed to do any cleaning. August 11, 2025I really like my experience! My unit is wonderful, it was the cleanest any of my apartments have been starting out. Very spacious, cant hear any noise in my unit (even tho i can hear it in the hall which proves the walls are thick). I felt super welcomed and also feel very safe. My AC might have a slight issue but the staff is so warm and kind that I don’t foresee that being an issue and it’s not bad enough to the point where I feel like making a request right now. I’m excited to use the sauna ...and gym :)Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2025To be honest, there isn't a time there aren't dogs barking, the person upstairs is very heavy footed and we hear them through our the night. My boyfriend and I have tried to talk to a few, but seemed as if they weren't interested. I give 3 stars, because the hallways always smells like good food, and Miss Ashley across the way upstairs, has been very kind in our brief interactions.Property Manager Responded
