February 24, 2026My apartment is fairly nice with some minor issues: chipped paint, indents in floor, and older carpet. Management is kind and professional. However, it feels there are a lot of recurring issues with the property that are not addressed promptly or correctly. January 27, 2026Good amount of space for the price especially with the covered parking. There have been some issues with leaks and the maintenance can be slow to react. I still have windows that don’t have functioning insulation since before I moved in! However, there is a new maintenance crew that seems to be doing better - it’s just a lot to catch up on.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026So far so good. Easy move in and maintenance has been helpful. I haven’t really met anyone but because of the cold I really haven’t been anywhere. My neighbors are very loud. Heavy walkers upstairs that make it sound like a live in a bowling alley.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2025It’s very bad management. They are not a professional, I think you need to looking for another professional experience management to reach your goals. Not worth for price
November 3, 2025I'm a current resident and I do not recommend this place who is not a student. Although the management team is friendly, this place is poorly run. Response time is slow and is inconsiderate in sending out notices last minute with very little information. Also, when you move-in, don't expect your unit to be clean. Despite the walk through from management prior to the move-in, units I have moved were both filthy and all I was told was to mark those in inspection, but nothing was done.
