I’ve been living at ReNew for about a month now, and so far it’s been a great experience. The community is peaceful, quiet, and feels really well-maintained. Moving in was smooth, and everything has been comfortable since day one. I’m really happy with my decision to live here.

All is very well. Love being here. Looking forward to the first spring and summer here. The actual moving in process was easy enough. Weight room,pool and tennis courts will be utilized.

My apartment is fairly nice with some minor issues: chipped paint, indents in floor, and older carpet. Management is kind and professional. However, it feels there are a lot of recurring issues with the property that are not addressed promptly or correctly. Overall, I've had a decent experience living here but not "great".

Good amount of space for the price especially with the covered parking. There have been some issues with leaks and the maintenance can be slow to react. I still have windows that don’t have functioning insulation since before I moved in! However, there is a new maintenance crew that seems to be doing better - it’s just a lot to catch up on.

So far so good. Easy move in and maintenance has been helpful. I haven’t really met anyone but because of the cold I really haven’t been anywhere. My neighbors are very loud. Heavy walkers upstairs that make it sound like a live in a bowling alley.
