May 23, 2025I’ve been living in Fairfield since the mid 90’s. Left to serve, came back and noticed right away. The changes made to this community within the past 7-10 years are definitely noticeable. Great job to the renew staff as well as the residents. I’m impressed.Property Manager Responded

March 6, 2025If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The maintenance team and office manager are professional and willing to work with tenants, but upper management—especially Area Manager Elisa is the reason this place is unbearable. From the moment I arrived at the office, it was clear she didn’t want to speak with me one-on-one. She refused to meet with me in her office and instead racially profiled me, constantly reminding me that cameras were everywhere, as if I were a threat. She then excused ...herself from the conversation, closed the office door, took a picture of me through the office window, and shut the blinds—humiliating and completely unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, she didn’t even read my initial email before hastily looping in others to handle the situation instead of addressing it herself. Elisa’s dismissiveness, lack of basic customer service skills, and blatant disrespect for tenants make this an all-around horrible place to live. February 16, 2025The amenities and grounds are well taken care of by staff. Recently the office has been closed a lot and yesterday there was a dog barking loudly in one of the buildings for hours but I could not get through on the phone to anyone in the office. Finally it stopped but only after 6 straight hours of barking. If the office isn’t open all the time then the emergency number should be consistently answered more frequently. When I had a maintenance issue recently I was not informed on what happened and ...unclear on what they did to resolve the issue so moving forward better communication from them would be great. They finally fixed both the gate and the Amazon locker which is helpful.Property Manager Responded

February 6, 2025My experience has been confusing. The staff was incredibly friendly, but it was clear they were understaffed and in the middle of an ownership transition. What I saw on the website didn’t match what I was shown on the tour. The unit itself is beautiful, but there are numerous small issues—cleanliness being a major one. Paint splotches covered the hallway floor, baseboards were scuffed, the kitchen was dusty, and light fixtures had dead bugs. The sliding door had severe water damage, the laundry ...room smelled like mildew, and the appliances were problematic—a dishwasher that overheats and smokes, a stove where only one burner works, and a nonfunctional stove fan. On top of that, none of my windows have screens, and the noise from the upstairs unit is constant, from water running to footsteps and door slams.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
