December 29, 2025My experience so far is not bad. Could be better. It's a nice community. Very family oriented. The environment is clean and safe. So many amenities. December 14, 2025I have now lived at ReNew Howard Crossing for nearly 4 months, and I am so happy I chose this apartment as my home. My building is clean (no pests, etc.) and well maintained, and I'm blessed with nice neighbors. The front desk staff and maintenance technicians are all friendly and super efficient in dealing with any issues or questions. I feel safe here, which is a big deal for older single folks. Rent is high everywhere, and there are places charging the same monthly rate but without the ...quality, so it's totally worth it to stay here. Grateful to be here!Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2025I’ve lived here for almost 6 years and it has been a great experience. My apartment is nice and quiet. Well maintained. Over the almost 6 years I’ve probably only called for Maintenance issues about 5 times and two of those times it wasn’t directly related to my apartment but for the apartment above me. The community is great and a lot of work has been recently done to improve socialization within the community. For example additional dog parks have been erected all over the community. October 27, 2025Was given a 6 month lease and it was explained to me that I must be late on any rental payments to be considered for a longer lease. The first month of that lease I paid my rent which was the rent that I was paying prior to the rent increase. It was then increased then that made me late. I did not notice the increase I til I noticed a balance on next months rent. I feel like I was not fully informed about the $300 rental hike. October 25, 2025The neighborhood is nice and secluded.Only thing neighbors not mindful of other tenants.The tenants upstairs have kids running around at day and night inside the house and everysound comes downstairs. We have school and work and sometimes we just want some peace and quiet. I think neighbors should be reminded that people are below them.Property Manager Responded
