January 3, 2026Really nice apartment that I enjoy living at and calling home. Neighbors are friendly and haven’t had any issues at all with noise or anything. Maintenance has been super on top of everything that I’ve had to call about which has been like two things and no serious or big issues. January 1, 2026I've lived in this apartment since November of 2019 when it was owned and operated under Signature Place. During my tenure here, ownership has changed twice. ReNew JC is by far the best. I'm happy with my living situation, as it suits what I need and I'm close to work. However, I have a few minor maintenance issues that have been patched/temporarily fixed, but haven't fixed the issue. The most important one being the weather proof seal on the front door. Other than that, nothing major. The ...snow pile mountains around the complex are an issue and make visibility difficult.Property Manager Responded

October 21, 2025Move in was delayed due to maintenance needing more time. First unit had plumping issues so I was transferred to another unit that reeked of urine. This was addressed within the first couple weeks of me moving. I did not live in the unit for almost an entire month while the issues were being addressed, yet was only given $200 off of my rent for an issue I did not cause.
