February 6, 2026This has been a great community and atmosphere since the beginning. We just wish the rewards program would stay. More garages or covered parking would be nice so we don't have to hassle with a hot or snow covered car and a baby.Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2026Really nice apartment that I enjoy living at and calling home. Neighbors are friendly and haven’t had any issues at all with noise or anything. Maintenance has been super on top of everything that I’ve had to call about which has been like two things and no serious or big issues. January 1, 2026I've lived in this apartment since November of 2019 when it was owned and operated under Signature Place. During my tenure here, ownership has changed twice. ReNew JC is by far the best. I'm happy with my living situation, as it suits what I need and I'm close to work. However, I have a few minor maintenance issues that have been patched/temporarily fixed, but haven't fixed the issue. The most important one being the weather proof seal on the front door. Other than that, nothing major. The ...snow pile mountains around the complex are an issue and make visibility difficult.Property Manager Responded
