October 21, 2025Move in was delayed due to maintenance needing more time. First unit had plumping issues so I was transferred to another unit that reeked of urine. This was addressed within the first couple weeks of me moving. I did not live in the unit for almost an entire month while the issues were being addressed, yet was only given $200 off of my rent for an issue I did not cause. August 12, 2025Decent property amenities and outdoor space. The rooms are quiet and I cannot hear my roommates often. This may be due to the intake fan running 24/7 in my unit or maybe the walls are thick. Before moving here, make sure you confirm if the room you chose is a newly updated room. The older ones are not bad, but I was only shown renovated units and there is no way to distinguish which ones are renovated from the website.Property Manager Responded
