Creepy Security Guard & Incomplete Construction

I just did a tour for a 1 Bed 1 Bath. Everything is under construction with no set end date, the reviews are very concerning and the security guard, Pablo, was very disconcerting. He followed me and intentionally took a video of me in my car as I was leaving the tour. I asked him why he did it and he said “There’s no expectation of privacy in public” repeatedly with no regard for my personal comfort or experience. I’m so disappointed I had a long review typed out, but it won’t let me send this many characters. It wanted me to delete 1700 characters out of my review. All I can say is there’s trash everywhere. There was a mouse in my apartment. I was without a kitchen sink three months out of four and I’ve only lived here four months. The tenants here are filthy dirty.
