March 21, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here 4 1/2 years. Office staff is a fun group of gals and are very helpful. The maintenance staff is great and very prompt with work orders(almost always same day). It was a very welcoming place. Some of my neighboring residents have lived here for 30+ years. It was always nice going by and seeing faces you knew that would wave or say hi. I would absolutely move back to VIP.

The maintenance staff is also great! Almost always same day service. Also the parking lots were completely resurfaced, looks brand new. Beautiful views from the balcony, gorgeous trees. Been here for 5 years, don’t intend on leaving until we leave Illinois.

Every time I called with a question or concern, they took care of it immediately. Working with them was a pleasure. They knew me and which apartment I was in when I came in the office to pick up packages. If we had a maintenance request, they'd get someone to come to our place very soon. Updating our vehicles when I bought a new car was very easy, ...taking 2 minutes on the phone. I have never worked with such a proficient, attentive apartment management team. Pool area is nice and clean. Each building comes with a elevator which is very useful if you are on the 3rd floor. Overall i'm satisfied with everything for the price. Plus the leasing office employees are friendly and even have a 5 day grace period for rent!
