April 1, 2025My experience has gradually gotten worse as the lease continues. Water was shut off for my entire building with no notice or reason nor an apology.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2025Griffin, Emily & Brent were so patient and amazing with us and they're kindness was sincerely appreciated! We had such a difficult time getting in here due to another agency's hold up, but we were always reassured that they would keep the apartment for us and that everything was going to be okay@Property Manager Responded

February 18, 2025I have lived here for 6 years, I have seen much improvement with the pest. Be aware this is a dog friendly apartment complex, there is dog poo all over the the grass. Residents don't pick up after their pets unfortunately.Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2025Rent seems high. Wish they had a better intercom. Staff is friendly though. Hard to reach staff over the phone, and maintenance is sometimes very slow to respond.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2025I like living here. The staff is great and quick to respond. The only issues I have had is the water bill. I reached out to the service provider they use and requested info but never got it. My bill is lower now but seems like the water bill was really high for awhile. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient, ensuring that everything is taken care of promptly. The amenities are top-notch — from the gym to the common areas, everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Plus, the community events are a great way to meet ...neighbors and feel connected.
