October 17, 2025Maintenance was very efficient and effective to fix things in my new apartment. Trinity was very helpful and is so kind! I loved working with her. Even after I settled in I still reach out to her for questions about the apartments. She’s been so amazing and so has the maintenance team. September 10, 2025I've been extremely extremely happy living here. The office staff was great on assisting us on our move in; maintenance has been here on point every single time that I've called that I've only had a call a couple times for some minor things to be fixed in the apartment. When my AC went out they didn't hesitate to bring me a new air conditioning unit and installed it right away. I love living here and plan on staying for a long time. August 28, 2025The apartment itself is great and offers a comfortable living space with many features I really enjoy. The layout works well, and the overall environment feels nice and welcoming. However, one area that definitely needs improvement is the maintenance team. While the staff members I’ve interacted with have been friendly, the response time for maintenance requests can be frustrating. At the moment, it seems like the building is still working on building up and organizing the maintenance team, ...which is understandable, but the delays in getting issues resolved can be inconvenient. Having to wait a long time for repairs—especially for things that affect daily living—takes away from what would otherwise be an excellent experience. If the management is able to strengthen the maintenance department and cut down on wait times for service tickets, this apartment could truly stand out as an exceptional place to live.Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2025We have had a great experience with RenewMillbrook so far, from the first tour to now living here. Emily and Trinity have been very helpful, welcoming, and informative. The apartment complex is surrounded by trees and has a very green, tranquil vibe. The inside of the apartment is nice and the appliances all look new. We love it!Property Manager Responded
