January 23, 2026I've been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything I need. The amenities provided are impressive and truly enhance my living experience. While there haven't been any major issues, I do wish the gym had more equipment to offer a broader range of workout options. October 4, 2025I lived here for two years back when it was still Sutton Place. Since the management company changed, this has become one of the best apartments near MICA. The building has a large swimming pool and a brand-new gym, and the staff are very friendly, especially toward MICA students. Mr. Larry deserves special praise — he’s one of the kindest people I’ve met. My mom, who doesn’t speak English, once got stuck in the elevator, and Larry still understood her and helped her out right away. He also ...notices when residents haven’t picked up their packages in a while, and sometimes even delivers them straight to your door.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2025Mr.Larry & the maintenance staff is the best part of living here however. The water is frequently shut off without advance notice, leaving residents unprepared. Hallway carpets are dirty and not cleaned often. Inconsistency of information from the management staff. Different staff members have provided conflicting answers to the same question. It would be more effective and professional for the team to acknowledge when they do not have an immediate answer and commit to following up, rather ...than providing information that There is significant potential for improvement if management were to approach residents with empathy and professionalism. Kindness, transparency, and consistency would go a long way toward improving trust and community morale. It is perfectly acceptable for staff to admit when they do not have all the answers, as long as they follow through and communicate updates in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2025I’m grateful to have a roof over my head and I appreciate the maintenance staff here. However, the apartments themselves are outdated, even renovated apartments look like they just slapped a new coat of paint and replaced the appliances. The water is always being shut down, there isn’t an efficient fire system, the hallways typically smell horrible and the carpets need to start being cleaned daily. I also do not think management or owners care about residents. New tenants get perks while old ...tenants get astronomical rent increases with no care about how long they have been in the building or what a good tenant they have been. Lastly, they need to update the game room and ensure tenants can actually use all the games provided as well as get new ones!Property Manager Responded
