May 4, 2025Living at this apartment complex has been a mostly positive experience. The community is quiet and feels safe, which is important to me and my family. I appreciate the prompt response from maintenance whenever an issue comes up, and the staff has always been polite and professional. My neighbors are respectful, and the complex stays fairly clean and well-kept. Having a comfortable and stable home environment has allowed me to focus on my goals, especially while balancing work, school, and family ...responsibilities. April 19, 2025My resident experience is ok. We have some great maintenance workers BUT I have been living at the complex for about 8 or 9 years and I would like to get some new carpet or flooring in my living room area. I did ask the office but they suggested that I get it cleaned per which I don’t think it would help being that I have been here for the period of time that I have. Along with the edges of the carpet has those nails sticking out of it and we have definitely stuck our feet son many times. Other ...than that my experience is okProperty Manager Responded
