We’ve lived here almost 2 years and enjoyed having assigned parking. Having access to the pool and the gym has been great. Having lots of grass and and property to walk my dog around has been nice and the complex is kind enough to out doggy bags out.

Dog owners don’t clean up after their dogs. Good quiet neighborhood love the two pools. The grilling area is nice. Also wish the gym had weights.

Living in renew park blue it’s been nice and a really come neighborhood for the most part and the maintenance come quick as need when I need anything fixed so I really thank them for that!
