October 27, 2025The unit I’m in was fairly dirty I’m assuming cuz it’s one one of the older units but still the amount of dirt upon move in was absurd. Also the basketball court has no lighting and walls and windows are pretty thin but I still rock with it it’s a nice location close to all schools and many good places to eat.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025Fine property, had leaking and plumbing issues early on into my moving in however. Maintenance responds quite quickly and handles requests efficiently. Property staff workers are friendly and host many events. Pool area is very nice and is typically kept clean with the exception of the outside bathrooms being very dirty.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025The unit I am in is not even renovated and it’s to many issues happening within the unit. The issues never get fixed, we have been here since move in day in August and still have no tv. It’s ridiculous!!!Property Manager Responded
