March 2, 2026My experience as a resident has been terrible. I currently live in a room with black mold, which is the second room they assigned me. They keep saying it's just dust, but every room has been filthy, with bugs on the mattress. I had to fumigate the room myself because, once again, nobody checked for bugs or cleaned the room before I moved in. My roommates and I are scared to use the stove and stovetop because they're so old and dirty—they're a fire hazard. The refrigerator is leaking as well. ...These living conditions are unacceptable; nobody should have to live in these apartments. This is my third room, and it's just as horrible as the others. March 1, 2026The pool area is nice, the actual apartments need heavy renovations though, also way less students that we thought, price is really good, utilities were sometimes way higher then they should’ve been and that was a little suspicious.Property Manager Responded
