April 24, 2026Living at Renew has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I honestly cannot recommend it. From the moment I moved in, it became clear that the management’s promises don’t align with the reality of living here. Maintenance requests often go unanswered for far too long, and when they are addressed, the fixes feel like temporary bandages rather than actual solutions. The common areas are not kept up to a standard that justifies the cost of rent, and there is a general lack of communication ...from the office staff that makes simple tasks feel like a struggle. For the price being charged, you expect a certain level of professionalism and comfort, but unfortunately, this complex consistently falls short. If you are looking for a place that feels like a home where you are respected as a resident, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. April 19, 2026As the property has been going through the necessary improvements especially in the area of security, it has been a better experience. The office staff have been well-trained in general, however, they are still being educated in areas that have been unknown to them. The amenities are still really nice, and as they add more cleaning measures in order to maintain them, the property will progress!Property Manager Responded

March 25, 2026Living at Renew Tallahassee has been a generally positive experience for me. The community is well-maintained, and the landscaping gives the property a clean, welcoming feel. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere it’s a good balance between student-friendly and peaceful enough to relax or work from home. One of the highlights is the location. It’s convenient to nearby shopping, dining, and campus areas, which makes daily errands and commuting easy. Parking has been manageable, and I ...haven’t had major issues finding a spot. The office staff has been friendly overall, though communication could occasionally be more proactive, especially regarding community updates or changes.
