October 27, 2025The unit I’m in was fairly dirty I’m assuming cuz it’s one one of the older units but still the amount of dirt upon move in was absurd. Also the basketball court has no lighting and walls and windows are pretty thin but I still rock with it it’s a nice location close to all schools and many good places to eat.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025Fine property, had leaking and plumbing issues early on into my moving in however. Maintenance responds quite quickly and handles requests efficiently. Property staff workers are friendly and host many events. Pool area is very nice and is typically kept clean with the exception of the outside bathrooms being very dirty.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025Was moved into a unit infested with roaches and damaged equipment no matter how many reports are made there are still roaches and maintenance takes forever to come check on it. Absolutely not worth the amount of money being charged for rentProperty Manager Responded

October 23, 2025The apartments here are not bad but are average for the price you pay.. they use cheap materials to renovate such as the bathtub paint peeling and the countertops in the kitchen. The show rooms that they display are nothing like the actual apartments that you get to live in. On the bright side, they have a lot of amenities such as the pool, the fitness center and the lounge. I just wish the lounge could stay open a little bit later so people could use the pool table but that’s no biggie. ...Regarding the staff, the employees at ReNew do not seem to value professionalism or a good customer service. Often times I feel like I am treated rudely at the Leasing Office when I express concerns. The staff doesn’t value their consumers who are the tenants. When I have issues, they do not take them seriously or handle them with urgency. It’s like I have to continuously reach out about the same thing just to get some help. It would be nicer if the staff at least pretend like they cared lol…Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2025The property has gotten better since it was Seminole grand. By updating furniture, the appliances, security, and the front office staff is great.Property Manager Responded
