It has been well so far! I moved into renew in September and have had a great experience during my time there. The maintenance has been responsive when needed and the girls in the office are always so nice and helpful. The grounds are kept up with and the neighbors are friendly.

The staff is very nice and whenever I have a maintenance issue they are on it right away. The only issues I have is we were told at signing the lease we would be able to use the pool and we weren’t able too, the doors to get into the building have been a problem since we moved in and the trash is always overflowing and trash all over the place

People here are DIRTY. No one ever cleans up after themselves. There’s like a cleaner that comes here maybe once a month. Dog poop all outside. Trash in the parking lot. Trash in the hallways. Neighbors are dirty. Hallways smell. The washer and dryer are expensive and tiny. People steal packages. Only saving grace is the apartment is relatively nice. But it’s in a horrible area of town. No upkeep on the grounds at all.

I can't give a perfect score cause nothing ( in my opinion) is perfect. But the whole moving in experience can be overwhelming, but the staff here made it very enjoyable. They welcomed me into the community with open arms and it's my home. Love it

The apartments themselves are very nice. Grounds aren’t kept as well as I would like. The outside is so nasty and all of the dirt and trash gets tracked into the hallways which ultimately gets dragged into your home. Residents let their dogs pee in the hallways and they just leave it. Trash all around the outside instead of IN the dumpster. People just toss furniture out there. I’ve seen suboxone wrappers outside. Drug paraphernalia. This is a dog friendly apartment, but people have dropped food ...

with chocolate on the ground and just leave it. No real grassy areas for the dogs to use the bathroom. People will leave their dogs poop and not clean it up even though the complex provides poop bags. The landlords themselves are wonderful. I think the problem mostly resides with the tenants and the type of people who hang around these parts.
