Abhorrently unprofessional management, no regard for maintenance requests or tenant complaints, and several major issues with the building's pipes and water system. I genuinely made a mistake by leasing with these people- save yourself the headache and financial stress. One star is far too generous.

Overall my experience here has been okay. For the most part it’s quiet but my neighbors leave trash in the hallway and outside the building. Their are no cameras in the building either. The rent is also way too pricey for my small apartment.

My experience has been great so far. It’s quiet and peaceful for the most part. The maintenance men are great and very friendly. Only thing I’m not a fan of was the amount of rent increases when I renewed my lease. If they raise it again I probably wouldn’t be able to afford it.

i lived here for several years and this place has gone down hill since new owners have taken over in 2012, trash inside and outside, overflowed dumpster, poor shoveling and plowing conditions, security cameras not always working and when asked to management about a stolen item or parking lot issue under the camera they can never produce any footage, laundry room machines always broken, constant noise including loud music and parties and late hours, hallways smell of marajuana, cars have been ...
broken into more than once, less than par repairs if any, old owners would do 3 month checks for upkeep and exterminater for rodents and bugs but none under new owners, they had 3rd floor roach infestation on 2-3 apartments, drug activity in building including a recent drug raid of 2 apartments and a fatal shooting out front connected with a resident, they have gone through 3-4 managers over last few years and owners are difficult to reach. used to be a nice place but not anymore. cheap rates for a reason. STAY AWAY!
