February 15, 2026I’ve only had issues since I was here, I will bring up my issues or concerns to staff, and they will put it off for weeks on in. It just seems like they want your money. But at this point, I’m paying for an apartment that always has an issue.Property Manager Responded

February 9, 2026My wife and I stay at the front of the property and for the most part absolutely love it !! It’s quiet, cleaner than the back and lots of grass and walking paths for my very active dog. Con’s would definitely be maintenance and the very very strict rules and fines for being a day or two late on rent and I know we are all adults and all that good mess but we are also human and “stuff” happens as long as it doesn’t happen at the first every month haha but other than that great place and the office ...staff truly is amazing!!Property Manager Responded

February 9, 2026I love my apartment just don’t how often the water is shutoff. Very quiet, love how pet friendly this is and the feeling of safety. Most of the office staff are fantastic. Pet park is great. Every neighbor I have met are very nice and friendly.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026I have lived on the property for 5 years. As a single mom it has been very safe and stable for us. And being located right on Youree drive puts us close to everything! We love Renew and the renovations! I even transferred to a renovated unit and they made the process easy! Highly recommend renting here!Property Manager Responded
