I would recommend moving here but the one thing I have an issue with is that I have been waiting for maintenance for a while now to come fix some appliances that are not working good but still good though overall.

December 13, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe area seems safe, compared to the rest of Kent. It's a little expensive for this neighborhood. If I move, it will probably be because of the rental rate. Also, management has been nice as well.
