February 5, 2026It’s nice but the only setback is the smell at the kitchen. Smells pee. Very strong specially on cabinets or also coming from outside, so I need to put baking soda and vinegar.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2025The area seems safe, compared to the rest of Kent. It's a little expensive for this neighborhood. If I move, it will probably be because of the rental rate. Also, management has been nice as well.Review from Apartments.com
