January 23, 2026it is an affordable apartment. It is definitely a creaky building. Keep that in mind that you will hear your neighbors. If that is an issue, I suggest a house.Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2025Since day one everyone has been welcoming and feel very safe to walk around and enjoy the outdoors while it's not too cold! I also noticed a very diverse age group that lives here and I think that's very nice to have. March 17, 2025It is important not to be deceived by the new name of ReNew WestGlen apartments, as there have been no actual improvements or changes. The owner's neglect has led to the deterioration of facilities, making it challenging for residents to get issues resolved. Despite increases in rent, the quality of service does not seem to match the cost. Even after leaving the apartment in better condition than when moving in and having it professionally cleaned, residents have faced struggles in getting their ...security deposit returned. January 24, 2025Property manager was always available and responded when we had questions. The handyman is always most helpful. When the outside Apartment lights did not come on because of daylight savings time change, and it was dark and therefore unsafe to walk up the steps to our apartment, after reporting it to the office, it was immediately attended to the next day.Review from Apartments.com
