The owner's neglect has led to the deterioration of facilities, making it challenging for residents to get issues resolved. Despite increases in rent, the quality of service does not seem to match the cost. Even after leaving the apartment in better condition than when moving in and having it professionally cleaned, residents have faced struggles in getting their ...security deposit returned. When the outside Apartment lights did not come on because of daylight savings time change, and it was dark and therefore unsafe to walk up the steps to our apartment, after reporting it to the office, it was immediately attended to the next day.
