July 1, 2025So move-in initially wasn’t the best experience but Erica turned that around. She worked overtime to get the unit ready and to clear up some miscommunications that had happened previous to her arrival at the property as property manager. Maintenance has been timely and has addressed any issues that have came up in a timely fashion. I wish the overall move in experience would have been a bit more transparent and communicated for a smoother transition but that doesn’t take away from the team as a ...whole who worked to remedy the situation professionally, politely, and timely. I would recommend living here I feel safe, the units are clean, and have been updated so I can’t complain. The modernized payment options are definitely a plus as well!Property Manager Responded

March 29, 2025There were some repairs that needed to be done that were pretty necessary and they were not done so out-of-pocket I did them because I needed my bathroom sink. I also needed my Kitchen sink. The leaking toilet situation was addressed, thankfully.?? Also, when I first moved in here I went to use my bedroom blinds and the entire set fell down and struck me in my right eyelid which hurt for quite An incident report made when I went to the office and spoke with the manager who was there at the time. ...I was told that we will be getting new blinds. None of my blinds except for one actually works the rest do not work. They will not go up at all.Property Manager Responded

March 20, 2025This is my very first apartment and I love it! It’s quiet and clean and very well maintained and upkept. Has onsite laundry and pool which is a plus and also stainless steel top tier outside grilling. Then to top it all off I’m only 12 minutes from work and walking distance to South County Mall and a backpack full of other stores, restaurants, and gas stations. 5 stars for meProperty Manager Responded

February 24, 2025the previous company was really bad. we were supposed to get hardwood floors in our bedroom but we couldn’t because there was a “crack” in the foundation. our closet isn’t even a real closet, we can’t even slide our hangers back and forth. the a/c unit is really janky with having foam around it to hide the fact we can see outside. the paint behind our door looks like a kid painted it compared to the rest of the building. maintenance is absolutely lazy to do anything, they really don’t “fix” a lot ...but just find a way around the problem. our ventilation fan above the stove sounds like a rocket ship getting ready to take off. i do like the fact of having a secured entry inside but it freezes sometimes. also having a new lock and door handle is way better than the last.Property Manager Responded

Leasing agents are not responsive
February 12, 2025We took a tour of the apartments and decided to get on the waiting list. All was fine at first until the leasing agent stopped responding. My husband called to get the move in fees because we had forgotten since the tour and they do not give any paperwork with the information. Two weeks later they still have not called back. I reached out yet again to see if we’re going to have units available for our move in date and to ask about the fees AGAIN. Now they have completely stopped responding. These ...units are way too small and over priced for the landlord special renovations they did. Don’t waste your time here trying to get a simple response.
