December 9, 2025I love the apartments but the neighbor upstairs from me has been blasting music from 4 in the afternoon till 3 in the morning every night since thanksgiving and when I ask him to turn it down he says it’s the weekend and while I have no problem with that it gets really late at night and I do have work early morningsReview from Apartments.com

October 17, 2025My kids and I just moved in and we love it here already. I relocated from out of town and I know how much rent has gone up in Sacramento. This place is affordable and I love how we have every amenity here that we need. I been in the gym , my kids played at the playground and I love that the mailboxes are locked up and safe.
