February 16, 2026It’s been okay, much more corporatized for better and for worse. The front desk staff has been very helpful, much more so than previous owners. Rent being kept relatively low helps. Maintenance could use some work still. Trash valet is helpful.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2026Very quiet and calming. All the trees around this apartment complex is very nice and makes the scenery even that much better. November 29, 2025Located near bus line and train. Walking distance to kent station, safe way, and gasoline. Gym does close early and not open on Sunday. Parking can be a little difficult. But you will eventually find a spot. Pets are okay. But i do catch some not pick up poo. The management is great about putting up reminders.Property Manager Responded
