January 19, 2026I’ve been living at ReNew for almost 2 years now and my experience has been a largely positive one. The units are nice enough and management is quite responsive when it comes to things that need attention. Security is present often and are pretty friendly as well. The building is pretty secure and I feel safe — and my packages are too. The people you’ll meet around the building are nice for the most part, too. I would recommend this building to family and friends — in fact I’ve already convinced ...one friend to move in! :)Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2025Been at ReNew for over 6 years now, and has been an overall good experience. Great location, great management staff, timely maintenance. Amenities like Fitness Center and Pool have been renovated. Security on the premises a lot more often to add additional safety. Only issues to note is noise issues from time to time, and there have been two fires in the space of one months during December 2025, which provides some concern, though those are isolated incidents.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2025I recently moved into Merritt Apartments and everything has been great so far. The unit is clean, spacious, and has a very nice layout. Maintenance is fast and responsive whenever needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the living experience. The only thing to note is that PG&E electricity costs can be a bit high, but that’s not related to the apartment itself.Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2025I've been at 1130 3rd Avenue for over 5 years now and it has been a great overall experience. ReNew has been the best management company by far. Very friendly and attentive management including Jackie and Mike, and maintenance that provides swift repairs. They have made several renovations to key amenities include the fitness center, internet cafe, and pool. Noise can sometimes be an issue and there has been an increase in car breakins on 3rd avenue and some homeless loitering outside the complex ...grounds as the only small complaints.Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025Overall I like the community but better attention needs to be paid to the elevators. I also want to see the amenities hours expanded for the pool and hot tub during the summer months. The mail room has been cleaned up which is good. They also fixed some stuff in my apartment which needed fixing. Flip is the maintenance person I see most often and is very nice. Jackie is great too.Property Manager Responded
