This building has serious health problems, recurrent multiple unit bed bug infestations with poor clean up/ assistance from management. Mismanagement from corporate not ensuring for full and thorough clean-up if you are the unlucky soul moving into one of their apartments with bed bugs-management will go the cheapest route for "cleaning" up a bed bug infestation, as the victim you get stuck with all the hard work and thousands of dollars in clean up costs of your own belongings (if you can afford ...
it). Do not sign a lease agreement with their management, or any of their many locations in Seattle. You can do better! I hope the corporate management learns to prioritize and start taking care of their own residents. It is inhumane letting your tenants live in such terrible health conditions. Even worse, when concerns are raised they blame the tenant for the infestation and make it seem that you brought the bugs with you somehow, knowing their own building has gone through years and probably decades of bed bug infestations.
