Great place if your a junkie, drunk, or simply don't care about your money
October 3, 2017The complex says they screen all residents before offering a lease, but in the 1 year my wife and I lived there, we had so many problems with the neighbors and various tenants. Additionally, of all the residents that are dog owners, maybe 4 are responsible and clean up after their pets. Management is terrible and there are hidden fees all over the lease agreement which becomes very one-sided when it comes time to move out. Upon move out, Red Coach does whatever they can to make it as painful as ...possible for you so they can keep whatever money you've given them, no returned calls, no emails, no effort on their part.
