Do not rent here it is hazardous
August 2, 2022I lived here for 2 years and from day one there has been roaches. They charge you monthly for extermination fees but have never sent a company in to deal with it. I went on month to month and when they found out I was moving they tried raising my rent $260 with no regard for any of my or other residents complaints. They took 3 days to fix a leak above my bathtub and then told me they would be back in a week to fix the damage and never made the work order. Their customer service is not good and ...they will not respond to missed calls or voicemails. No gated entry and people come to break into cars and steal from patios. There is bottles and broken glass laying around everywhere including the play ground. The laundry facilities are a mess and don’t get the attention they need. There has been multiple shootings and deaths here in passed two years just look up red pines shootings. If your looking to move here with children I would not recommend. My apartment reveiw
August 15, 2015My apartment was originally okay. I have had new tile floors put in, a new fridge and a new stove. The shower head wasn't the best, but I recently bought a myself a newer, nicer one. I love my apartment. I have a sliding back door, and the central air is very cold. And the heat is great in the winter. I have plenty of closet space.Review from Apartments.com

August 2, 2015Its a good place to get started if you have nvr rented relatively nice apartments. However, if you do request maintanence no one will ever show up to fix your issues trust me i tried i ended fixing stuff up myself on account of it. It is nice and quiet though so a bonus.
