Great fix I would give it 5/5 if they came to fix my running toilet first thing on Monday. Request was submitted over the weekend with a phone call. Though it was not an emergency, water was wasting all weekend and I expected it to be addressed on Monday. It wasn’t. It was addressed on Tuesday instead.

We should have found your place sooner. Over all the place works really well for us. We are new to Rochester and needed a place in a good centralize location. You have what we needed, underground parking, washer dryer, good appliances, units in Good shape, GREAT STAFF. Response time for any issue is very fast After looking for a solid month we are very happy with RED44. We are planning to stay for a long time too. Thank you
