I have lived here for over 10 years and I've never had problems with the landlord before. this new landlord doesn't care about the tenants and maintenance never gets done. our air condition broke down on Friday it was 1:03 outside 111 heat index and the dog has been panting ever since it is 98 in our apartment this problem happened on Friday at 5:30 in the afternoon Saturday. no help Sunday. no help. Monday still no help. we are waiting to see what they are going to do to fix the problem but ...
according to her it's not a big deal. it's not a problem. I would not recommend these apartments to anybody who would want to move in, especially if you are experiencing maintenance issues

Property manager is bad. Doesn’t take care of maintenance issues properly. I’m having a ongoing issue with my toilet not flushing properly. The manager is demanding that we stop flushing toilet paper down the toilet. Keeps threatening me with the plumbing bill. It also took her a year to fix my AC which caused numerous high electricity bills. Don’t rent here if you have other options.

Llame a la oficina ya habian cerrado me mandan a la operadora y que no atenderan mi solicitud hasta el lunes porque no hace demasiado calor. Estamos a 86 afuera y necesita estar a 90 grados para que manden a alguien a arreglarlo. Hasta el lunes me atenderan. Se paga una renta puntual y hay que rogar que nada se te descomponga en fin de semana?

I moved in outside of office hours and she arranged everything to be set up for my arrival (including dropping some boxes inside my apartment that I shipped beforehand-I believe Enrique was very good helping her out to get this done!). The apartment was clean and in good condition. I have reported some issues and they are always fixed in a timely manner.I am just looking forward to be able to pay my rent with my credit ...

it was decent for the price I suppose, but despite leaving the apartment basically in better shape than I got it, they had the nerve to keep half of my deposit, and with no explanation, I will never recommend this greedy complex to any of my friends and I will not return here, and if you are currently living there don't even bother cleaning cause the greedy landlord will charge you for any little bread crumb.and apart from that it took more than a month just to receive my check.
