One word: awful.
November 5, 2018I have lived here for two years now and I hate it. My first year wasn’t great, but I heard stories about other places and I didn’t want to move my things. When I moved in the place was trashed. They tried to tell me that they had been cleaned yet there was still pee in my toilet with toilet paper. They made my roommates move my items out of my room to replace carpet without prior knowledge (turned out they recarpeted the wrong room). They continually lie about things and when you ask them to do ...what they said they would they say they are unable to do so and don’t know why I thought that would be done. Plus there are cockroaches that they say they took care of yet the issue keeps getting worse (and this is with having a clean apartment). I 100% recommend renting a house or living literally anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

The Woodlands
September 22, 2015The Woodlands are an excellent apartment complex for students. Not only does it have the typical amenties like a swimming pool, pool table, ping pong tables, volleyball nets, and gym. It also has a computer room, a movie theather, coffee shop, and transportation to and from campus. The Woodlands are located in the heart of the town. Close to campus, many local shops, and restaurants. No matter where you are trying to go you can get there in 10 minutes or less.Review from Apartments.com
Worst housing in tuscaloosa
July 28, 2015Live anywhere but here. They have the highest crime rate in ttown. Maintenance takes at least a month and 3 follow up calls to get them to come out. The only time they will do anything is when you call them out on social media. Their roommate matching is also the worst, I don't think they even look at your preferences they will lie and do anything to get you to sign a lease and once they have you trapped they aren't willing to do anything! DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.Review from Apartments.com
Great for Students
July 21, 2015The Woodlands was my first apartment coming from a dorm, and I really enjoyed living there. I lived in the Woodlands for 2 years, and my lease is coming to an end. The apartments were clean, well furnished and kept, and I enjoyed having my own private bathroom and locked bedroom. As for neighbors, they aren't the worst in the world. We are all in college, so I guess just be aware of what you will probably encounter: loud neighbors having parties, trash left on porches or yards, less parking when ...there are football games due to a lot of visitors. Maintenance was so-so; things that needed to be fixed were fixed within a day or two, but if it was something superficial, it might take longer. The amenities are great (pool, fitness area, wifi cafe) but I rarely used them. My biggest complaint would be the thin construction; we live on a 1st floor flat, so I could hear everything my upstairs neighbors were doing, even if they were just walking around.
