Don't move here. I have been unable to payrent due to thier website being down. They said it should be working by the 2nd. Have been unable to go to the office due to my busy schedule. Also maintenance sucks I do not recommend staying here. They also covered up mold by painting over it.

After getting the runaround on which unit we were moving into I was wasn't allowed to walk my unit before signing the lease. The day I picked up the keys I walk into a unit infested with German roaches crawling around during the day all over, including alive in the refrigerator and freezer. Manager tells me I was the cause of the roaches and then says they can send the exterminator out a week later with no compensation for rescheduled moving expenses or rent. They released me from my lease with a ...

partial refund even though I never moved in. If your ok moving into slum then this is your place but, if you'd like to live in sanitary living conditions find yourself another place.

Very very very unprofessional. They need a whole staff. They do not communicate with each other. The day I was supposed to get my keys, confirmed by the manager, they were completely unaware of my lease when I arrived. My lease was approved but I couldn’t move in because they wanted me to pay extra fees that I wasn’t aware of nor did they explain what exactly id be paying for. I had to drive to the office from Huntsville several times because they fail to answer any emails or calls/voicemails ...

I’ve left. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time with these people.

Racoons and stray cats

These people know about these wild animals roaming around on the property but yet have not done anything about it and when something is mention they pretend they will handle it but do not do a thing. Raccoons have rabies, they will fight a cat over food because I hear it all the time outside my door and if a person with cats come in contact with the raccoon they will be bitten over food. The management in the office is all talk she dose nothing when people complaints and this is why so many ...

people are leaving this place among other things. I looked around to see how things are coming out with the renovation of the place outside and inside but what I saw was more people moved. This is spooky to me and I will be moving soon myself. They don't do that person ask of them, even though it may look good but the service will suck 1000% and I feel I got to move ASAP. What looks good on the outside may not be as good on the inside. Don't be fooled. I will post this on other rental website.

not even worth a star I've lived here almost four years and am moving. management changes every year, rent keeps going up. mine is suppose to go up $120 this time. the maintenance is a joke, they have roaches, my cars been broken into 3 times. the pools is never clean or open. it was good enough in the beginning because rend was cheap but since I've been her my rent has gone up a total of $300 and I've gotten nothing for it. same dump that I keep paying more for

I feel trapped they were suppose to renovate all they did is paint over everything the gates always broken and the parking lot has huge potholes theres trash everywhere including broken glass. ...

The AC goes out alot you begin to have a personal relationship with the maintenance to the point they think they can come in whenever they wont not cool. Roaches everywhere even the pest control doesnt know what hes doing only sprays half the house im having to show him what to do....so all im saying is Stay Away if you come here and the staff is the same you will continue to have the same problems as me.

I wish I had the option of stars.. This place is the worst! Roach Infested, and the exterminator doesn't do a good job. A/C is always breaking, the roof leaks, a murder happened not even 100 yards away. The staff lies about everything and the manager covers it up, they're so unhelpful, and they towed our car for a sticker we never received. They walk in whenever they want, and lie about having a copy of the key. robberies happen at gunpoint, cars get broken into, the pool is always nasty! Cops ...

are always in the neighborhood, gate is always broken and everyone uses the same gate code. There are MAJOR potholes in the parking lot that will destroy your car, but yet they don't care. Not a safe place for children. Don't move here! You will regret it!

This aparment is very horribly staffed. They front office is very rude after living here for two years you would think they would treat me as a vauable resident. Now that im trying to move out because for one the area is horrible all together, police are always around, and my car has been broken into, they are basically trying to hold me hostage. They told me I could not put my notice in earlier than 30 days and gave me hard time when trying to get rental vericiation.The gate is always broken ...

The apartment has a large bedroom and closet. It also has a fireplace, full size washer and dryer. Ice maker, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The complex is in very bad shape. Very large pot hole in the driveways, security gates always broken, barbed wire on the fence and the dumpster areas are very bad. So in all the apartment is decent but the complex is awful.
