Fabulous Excellent property and property management. My husband and I lived here for 18 months and can’t think of anything negative about the property. We move often due to his job and frequently rent. Redwood was exceptional . The layout of our apartment, end unit, and the 2 car garage fit us perfectly. For comparison, we are now in a 3 story townhouse and 1/2 of our items we had at the redwood location are now in storage as they won’t fit at the new location. Management was so friendly and ...

Loved living at Redwood Size and floor plan were great, plus so nice and new. Had a big kitchen island, a screened in porch and two car garage. Not like an apartment - more like an upscale condo!

Move- In Review Our move in went pretty smoothly. We absolutely love our new place. Everything in our apartment was exactly as presented during our tour, which is rare with apartment shopping. In Battle Creek it can be very difficult to find rental properties where you feel safe and trust that you family is safe, but living here I don’t have any of those worries. Our neighbors have been very friendly, we have a great view off of our back balcony, a great garage, nice entryway that we were able ...
