April 27, 2025Great place to live. Moved to South Carolina in 2023 this was our first place that we chose to live. They are great. The layout is perfect. It’s not too small not too big. It has a two car garage and a lot of room. The staff at the Mauldin Redwood Apartments is wonderful and especially the handyman that they have on staff Jerry. He is a great help and is there in a heartbeat when you need some repairs. The only reason we left is because we bought a house, but if we chose to sell the house and ...move back into an apartment living, this is where we go.Property Manager Responded
