We lived there for 6 months ( just a quick stop over while purchasing a house. The garage door spring broke called Jessie it was repaired the same day. Neighbors are very friendly and Kimber has monthly events if you want to get to know more of your neighbors..Property Manager Responded

Apartment Living again, after all these years!
September 30, 2015My husband and I are empty nesters, and outside of the first two years of our married life, have lived in single family homes. We were not sure how we would feel about living in an apartment again!. This apartment does not feel like an apartment. We have a very large two car garage, and because there is nobody above or below us, it has the feel of a small single family home. The common areas are very well maintained and the neighbors are great. I would recommend this complex to anyone!Review from Apartments.com
