If safety, cleanliness, community, noise controlled topped with professional , highly responsive maintenance and management staff is what you want, run don’t walk he’ll take care of you ! The value of the actual space is equally matched . Nice size rooms, latest appliances. Nice floors and carpet in rooms, super size 2 car garage.
