Nice condo rude rude rude leasing staff
June 20, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe Leasing Staff at Wolcott Manor is absolutely horrendously RUDE - part of that being that they are not the slightest bit interested in helping you. The condo itself was great and comfortable but we couldn't WAIT to get out of the lease because of how awful the leasing staff on property is. They are rarely in the office during their posted hours, they NEVER pick up the phone and when they do (on the 4th try of the 3rd day), their tone is so poor that if I was a potential tenant I would think my ...call to get more information was so annoying to them I was just a bother trying to move in. The maintenance staff was always polite and tried their best to be helpful which I seriously appreciated and the call center was always polite but was limited to what they could do.Read More
