May 21, 2025Exceptional Experience So Far By "so far," I mean since 2019. Our first Redwood residence was in Delaware, Ohio. Then in 2025, we decided to move to Sandusky, Ohio into the new Redwood Neighborhood. Like like Delaware, the property staff is top-notch. Only quibble is that despite selecting the same floorplan, the MB bathroom lacks a medicine cabinet and the guest bath/laundry room lacks a second cabinet above the washer/dryer area. That said, there is still plenty room for personals and ...supplies and storage but I do miss the extra cubic feet of storage capacity we had before.Property Manager Responded

Great open concept only draw back was the size of the yard off the patio but could be due to it being the model home to tour.
